If I didn't sent you any work after 3 month (maybe some IRL problem), you can ask for a refund.

You will no longer be eligible for a refund once you have received your sketch phase. Your are securing your commission at that time.

I'm from Final Fantasy XIV, what reference you need? - Screen your character in different view and a close up face for seeing your eyes.

Where can I send all the reference? - The best it's to share a Google Drive folder.

Do you draw Ultimate weapon FFXIV? - Yes, but I'm still learning and need many screen.

Can you draw our IRL portrait in your format/style? - Ofc, if it's in my style! I just rarely post it on my social media and keep them private for the commissioner.

Why a "Fullbody" cost 136$, but only 85$ on "Squad Poster" ? - Cause in Squad there is mostly Halfbody and less Fullbody. I do also an overall promotion because there are 4+ characters. I want it's stay confortable for FFXIV's team who need 8 character.

What's a composing ? - Add a background, colorimetry filter, fx, 3d, glows & blurs for a better immersive rendering (photography & TV).

Why HD is more expensive ? - The art is more detailled to fit in wallpaper format (1920x1080px) or be print (40x60cm).

Could you keep private my commission? - At your request. I usually post them publicly on my 2nd account X @nenaosuFFXIV.

I will start working on the commission after I receive the full payment.

sketch → confirm → lineart+color → final confirm.

You are allowed 3 revisions during the sketch phase, and 3 recolor revision during the final phase. Additionnal add-on revision may be charged.

I can take up to 90 days (3 months) to complete a commission.
